Apple 社区里找到了最新的答案，就是暂时把 iCloud 里面的查找本机关闭一下再更新

这种情况我也遇到过，记得也是连了其他蓝牙类的设备，可能蓝牙有干扰吧，断开其他设备，重启之后恢复正常了
