昨天晚上本来是想格调全盘，然后 clean install El Capitan 的。后来忘记做 U 盘启动盘了，结果把 10.11 的安装镜像也给格掉了。
然后 command+R ，自动联网恢复。我的电脑是 2014 年的 Macbook Pro ，自带的系统是 10.9 ，然后就给我恢复到了 10.9 了。
但是我人在国外，宽带是 1gb 的，只花了几分钟就自动下载好了。在国内的话，可能你要做好一晚上的准备。
