为什么小米 14 收不到新闻推送？

国内常用的新闻 app 主要是金十数据和界面新闻，发现两个都无法收到推送，app 的推送和系统推送权限都打开了。挂后台和杀死都收不到。

没留意其他国产 app 是否正常，大部分是关闭推送的，Google 全家桶、小红薯是能正常收到的。
