新百词斩网页助手，支持取词翻译、收藏单词等操作（可同步至百词斩 APP 中）

该插件是 [百词斩助手] chrome 插件的重写版本，作者已经开源了这个项目。原来是 jQuery UI 项目，我将其改造成 wxt.dev + Vue ，代码组织性更强了，而且还很容易编译支持 Firefox 平台。
