大家好，我 openai api 账户绑定了 google pay ，设置了余额低于 5 美元自动充值为 10 美元，前几次都成功扣款了，这次突然出现扣款失败了，失败邮件如下:
Auto-recharge failed Your organization Personal (xxxx) is configured to automatically purchase more credits when your balance is low. The most recent attempt to charge your payment method failed, so auto-recharge has been disabled.
Please review your payment method, and manually purchase more credits or re-eneable auto-recharge.
大家有没有遇到过这个情况，最后大家又是怎么解决的呢?

我也是，我服了啊，之前一直可以的，我是手动充值，也是 Google pay 支付 API bill 之前都没失败过，我去。
