我的系统是 mac ，之前 2024 版还是很快的，升到 2025.1.3 版本后，每次在找代码引用时都卡在 resolving references 半天，等转完了又在 searching 界面卡半天，最大内存调到 8G 都没有用

2025 是真难用，选文件的时候变成 windows 的文件选择器了，不能直接定位到项目目录，每次点半天
