分享一个小工具：Mortgage Payoff Calculator

最近我上线了一个小网站 Mortgage Payoff Calculator，主要是帮大家快速估算房贷还款计划。

特点：

• 等额本息计算：输入贷款金额、利率、年限，就能算出每月还款额。
• 完整还款计划表：从第 1 期到最后一期，全部还款明细都能直接看到。
• 额外还款模拟：可以设置每月多还，看看能提前多久还清、利息能省多少。
• 一次性还款：支持模拟一次性大额还款，直观看到剩余贷款如何变化。
• CSV 导出：支持一键下载完整还款计划表，方便保存和进一步分析。
• 完全免费：纯前端计算，没有广告、没有数据收集。

做这个的初衷是想尝试一些金融类的小工具站，顺便练手 Nuxt + Cloudflare Pages 的部署。
