请问有 V 友遇到过 Driod CLI 中文乱码的问题吗？

系统：Windows 10
终端：Windows Terminal + PowerShell 7

不管是我输入的还是 Droid 输出的，非英文字符都乱码。问过 AI ，也在官方仓库找到相同问题的 issue ，尝试过都没能解决。
不知道有没有 V 友遇到过这个问题并解决了的

LANG 和 LC_ALL 这两个环境变量设一下试试

@dodorz 试了还是不行，我放弃了，卸载！
