基本调用了标准 API 的都不变糊，C# 拖拉拽或者用 WPF 写的都是。

变糊的基本都是 QQ 这种有自己的界面库的。

@Automan 界面肯定是矢量的，不过各种图标应该还是位图，就是带了一份高分辨率的版本吧。
