nslookup 什么情况，可以避开 DNS 污染？

nslookup twitter.com 199.91.73.222
得到了199.59.*.*的正确IP
nslookup bitcointalk.org 199.91.73.222
也得到了bitcointalk的正确IP
但将199.91.73.222 即V2EX DNS设为自己的DNS后，ping twitter.com解析的IP只能是37.61.54.158(GFW的DNS劫持)了
而使用V2EX DNS能打开bitcointalk，其它DNS则不能
为什么nslookup就能得到正确的Twitter IP，设置为DNS后就不行了？用其它DNS nslookup twitter也只是37.61.54.158
