貌似单个的Web Dynos在Heroku上面都要收费了，之前免费期过了？现在我正在考虑学习一门web开发框架，想找个免费的平台，知道的有heroku、google app engine、sina app engine和amazon ec2，最后两个，sina的只能写php，而ec2貌似太复杂了，那只能在gae上写python web（或者java?）框架了？
