最近一个美区应用退款被拒绝，客服邮件拒绝提供了退款的政策，仔细看了下。

如果买了一个 APP ，发现不喜欢，那么可以退款么？（一般来说前几次退款都没问题，但是貌似 APPLE 对于次数多了之后会拒绝。）按照 APPLE 的政策，其实是不可以退款的。
为什么 APPLE 不提供试用机制？像 Google Play 一样。
