Clarified that while links to moments can be viewed anywhere, the Moments tab is currently only visible in the United States.

我在美区， ip 地址也是，但是在 iphone 5/iphone 6S 上都看不到 Moments 。奇怪啊

@Showfom 我手机卡也是美国的啊。除了国籍不是美国的，其它和美国人一样。

Me → ⚙ → Settings → Accounts → Card and Shipping

加一张美国本地的 Credit Card 或者 Debit Card 试试。
