是否打开模拟器？是否在 ddms 的 Devices 区选择了模拟器？

@Yasic 选择了的。用 eclipse 也不行。用的是官方的模拟器， genymotion 都不行么

@syimo genymotion 不知道，官方 ADV 启动后是可以用 emulator control 的，请再次确认步骤正确。
1. 在 AVD Manager 里面启动 Device
2. 打开 Android Device Monitor
3. 在 Device 列表中选择对应 Device
4. 查看 emulator control
