自己有一个小程序， https://github.com/cqcn1991/Wind-Speed-Analysis 是相关领域下的一个程序，用来建模的
但是，仅仅只是发在 github 上，好像别人也并不能搜索到。那开源出来也没啥用....
不知道怎样可以让别人搜索到自己的这个程序呢？
