大概要求就是：
1.只需要 100s 倒计时 2.背景很关键，用指定的背景 3.倒计时结束有提示音。 5.不需要其他花哨的功能 6.美观也比较重要。
实现：尽量 WCF 本人会写 C#，但是设计不出美观的 Winform ，哪位同学给个 DEMO ， 可以的愿意￥ 50 元话费充值卡酬谢~！
