自 Visual C++ 添加了 coroutines 支持后，Microsoft Visual C++ 团队的大牛 Gor Nishanov 给 clang 贡献 coroutine 代码，经过审核后，目前已经合并到主干。

目前 GCC coroutines 还不明朗。
