今天更新了一下 cpptools，从 0.12.0 到 0.12.1，重启之后无法完成更新，我已经挂了代理了，之前一直是可以更新的，不知道为什么会出现这种情况

刚更新了一下，可以更新。。。切换到全局代理试试
