resettarget OP 提交到 RFC 被批，被无视都不稀奇。鄙人感叹的是，他们认为这东西该提交，可以放到全地球大庭广众之下被 comment，骨子里可想着真能被认可继而成为标准的那种寡廉鲜耻和理直气壮

I wonder if they thought about what would happen if Canada, the United States, and the rest of the world adopted this RFC? For example, lets say an entrepreneur develops a new product and wants to have it manufactured by an outsourced company. Searches for it on Google, but thanks to this RFC the results from China either don't show up, or don't load at all. The entrepreneur therefore opts for a manufacturing company in Des Moines, Iowa.
