有没有可能反代一个 lofter 博客？

网易的 lofter 不支持 SSL，这是希望实现反代的原因.

域名是类似 example.lofter.com 这样的
不知道页面上使用绝对链接还是相对链接

有可能用 Apache 反代+mod_substitute 替换页面内容(如使用绝对链接)吗？

Nginx 的 subfilter 不知为何不能生效，所以先考虑用 Apache
