升级 10.13 之后，第一次插上手机(iOS 11)想把照片导入到电脑，结果 photo 就挂了，郁闷了，所有照片都在里面。尝试了各种办法，重启，option+command 打开修复，都无效，想问一下有相同境遇的 V 友不？
