我是Wordpress新手，昨天刚在Appfog建立了自己的WP博客，绑定了域名，插件什么的都设置好了，结果今天一大早就不能访问，看Appfog官方Twitter说服务出问题，后来终于修复了，可我的博客还是不能访问。刚刚试了下访问wp管理面板，可以使用，但WP已经降级到3.4.2，插件什么也都没了。是不是迁移到OpenShift比较好？另外求助一个问题，数据库备份我用Better WP Security，目录下全部文件备份有什么方法？

appfog restart之後數據就沒了。。
用af上傳的就會保留 |

重启 wordpress 结果很惨,一下子回到解放前

调整app运行配置，和重启就会出现版本降低的情况

我每次装插件后就吧整个站都备份下来，然后重新用af上传源代码

appfog的faq里有提到——
“This means that any changes you make to the file system through a web interface, including any admin changes and content uploads, will be lost on the app's next start, stop, restart, deploy, or resource change.” 直接在wp管理面板安装插件和主题的话一重启就没了，所以插件、主题或者升级wordpress最好用af上传^_^ |
