是否每年过了 6 月就不好租房了？

    听说 6 月为毕业季 学生会集中在这个时间段内租房 所以过了这段时间租房就难了 这个逻辑是说得通的 但是实际上没有考虑很多其他因素 所以我抱怀疑态度 想问问有没有人亲身经历过的？
