FastSpring退款后（之前用Master Card支付），多长时间会生效，需要哪些额外的手续？

买了国外一个crash report的服务，用了一年，自动续了。申请了退款，服务提供商发邮件确认退款了。对FastSpring退款流程不了解？
我用的是中行的银联卡，支持Master Card
