c# winform .net core3.0 debug 好好的，没了 vs 怎么就不运行了呢？用 framework 就可以的。

你需要安装：.NET Core Runtime for desktop apps. => https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download
至于基于 .Net Framework 的程序可以直接运行，估计是因为 Windows 系统自带 .Net Framework Runtime 的原因。 |

dotnet pulish -r win7-x86
打包时增加 win7x86 依赖，这样就不用运行时了。 |

pinews OP 现在问题又出现了，安装 vs 后，从 vs 点 release 和 debug 都可以运行，直接从文件夹里点，release 可以运行，debug 下没反应，和禁用仅我的代码有关系吗？
