安卓有没有可以隐蔽电话，通讯录等权限的方法？

现在好多 APP 都要获取电话，短信，文件夹，通讯录等隐私权限，有没有可能把这些信息隐蔽起来

或者把下载得 APP 放到一个类似于隐私空间得地方，让它获取不到真实得数据，给它权限，但是获取得是空…

各种单位总是宣传注意隐私，但有些 APP 是刚需，不给不让用，不用还不行。
