理论上目前可以这样搭一个测试环境：

OBS recoding 输出 mpegts UDP 给 mediastreamsegmenter，然后用目前最新的 LowLatency_HLS_Prerelease_Tools73.dmg 里的 ll-hls-origin-example.go 来作为 content origin 测试。

但是 mediastreamersegmenter 输出的 EXT-X-VERSION 还是 3，感觉是我什么地方弄错了？
