如何修改菜单和工具栏字体？

感觉菜单和工具栏里选项的字体，行距不对劲，不够紧凑，找了一圈没找到哪里修改。
用的是 material theme
而且这个字体总觉的很难受。有没有接近苹方字体的字体推荐？
