运行electron-builder, 要下载nsis和winCodeSign, fq 用的蓝灯(外网正常访问), 用浏览器秒下载, 可是命令行总是卡在下载步骤, 开全局代理+开 /关npm proxy都试了, 始终都卡在那儿, 希望大佬指点(最好还是能直接用命令行下载, 一步到位, 我看网上一堆的手动下载并放到Cache目录, 有点麻烦...)
