bt 软件挂着种子辅种，硬盘也会休眠，有什么比较好的软件可以一直让硬盘保持着连接状态吗。或者还有什么其他的解决办法

写个小程序每隔几分钟往硬盘里写一个 txt 文件然后删掉

System Preferences -> Energy Saver 同时把适配器和电池下面的 Put hard disks to sleep when possible 关掉
