我想知道以前在洛杉矶机房，瓦工一直不管这种事情，从没有发邮件说侵权这种事情。为啥到了日本软银线路，对方给瓦工发侵权邮件，瓦工居然会受理。并且给我控制台都发了。

到底什么原因，知情的大佬们给解答下

为啥之前 dc6 的洛杉矶，就不会瓦工版权警告。
