ios safari 流量异常

    ios 10.3.3 版本，只浏览 v2ex，solidot，网易财经等纯文字 /图片的网站不到 20 分钟，safari 就用了 500MB 流量。kill 掉 safari，重置流量记录，还是发现 safari 在狂耗流量（ safari 已经被 kill ）。难道 cook 为了强迫升级 14.2 做了啥手脚？
