求助，黑苹果 oc boot menu 问题

当前系统版本 10.15.7，由于自己手贱点了下升级"big sur”系统，oc 出现了 "macos installer"，但是升级报错我就放弃了，在系统里面把下载的安装包给删了。但是 oc 引导选项还是一直存在，如图

请问怎么能删除选项 2 （这玩意儿还是默认引导第一项），导致现在每次进入系统需要操作选择一下挺费事的。

希望黑果大佬指点一下
