请问50岁左右的人看些什么书，有什么书好推荐的。

给我妈买了个kindle，她之前一直用手机看小说，小说应该能找到不少，但是想问问有没有其他类型的书，最好是具体到名字的书可以推荐给这个年龄段的人看的，我好预先下好放在里面。
