rqworker 的启动路径问题

rqworker只能在项目目录里面启动吗? 它的启动路径有限制么

现在发现在别的地方启动, 无法成功

官网的settings从没成功过

settings.py

REDIS_HOST = 'localhost'
REDIS_PORT = 6380
QUEUES = ['high', 'normal', 'low']

启动:
rqworker -c settings

报错: redis.exceptions.ConnectionError: Error 111 connecting localhost:6380. Connection refused.
