google 搜了下，发现两种办法。
第一种 defaults write com.apple.mouse.scaling 命令，但是需要重启 mac
第二种 使用 Hammerspoon 但是不会立即生效。
有大佬知道怎么修改 macOS 的鼠标移速，但是不用重启吗？
USB Overide 应该可以，但是必须在 GUI 中使用。SteerMouse 是收费的。
PS: 想动态修改鼠标移速。
