2013款 MBA，安装的10.9的系统，QQ视频的时候，对方听到的声音很卡

有没有人遇到这个情况？对方是Win系统，2013版的QQ

包括音频接口如果接入耳机，休眠后再唤醒，整个系统会没有声音的 BUG 到现在也没有修复。。。
