请推荐 modbus 软件

有没有内网的软件或者硬件，可以通过 modbus tcp 协议连接一堆从站，记录从站的数据，提供软件或者网页可以查询这些从站的历史数据。我知道 homeassistant 可以，但是用在非家庭场合感觉不是很正式。
