可以尝试网页版登录(网页登录限制较少），获取登录信息然后保存到客户端对应目录，亲测有效，步骤如下
1 、打开 ChatGPT 网页版，登录你的账号。
2 、进入设置 → 安全，把 Google Authenticator 二步验证打开（如果还没开的话，非必要但建议开）。
3 、打开这个在线工具 https://codexauth.moshushi.xyz/ ，生成 auth.json 文件
4 、把生成的 auth.json 放到你电脑上 Codex 本地目录下的 .codex 文件夹里。
5 、重启 Codex 客户端，再登录就直接跳过手机号验证了。
auth.json 放置位置
下载后请将文件命名为 auth.json ，并放到对应系统的 Codex 配置目录中。

试试这个 https://juejin.cn/post/7643995960590401586 ，如果网页能登陆（网页限制好像低些），然后把对应的 auth.json 生成放到对应的.codex/auth.json 可以跳过客户端登录限制
