Heroku 现在已经支持 Node.js 0.4.7 了，而且随时可以开通。

如果是为了使用，那就 2.x 吧。如果只是为了了解 Python 作为一门语言它所优美之处，那么你可以考虑从更加优美的 3.x 开始。
我个人就抛弃 2.x 直接学 3.x 了，用的是 The Quick Python Book 第二版。反正我不需要用 Python 写 production code ，只是想了解一下并写写日用脚本而已。
