@gzelvis 『外包最关键的问题是怕 idea 泄露』其实是伪命题。你自己运营团队的运营能力一定得比外包团队强 N 倍才可以。
同时想『想把 App 团队锻炼起来的』不是不行，但通常这得是资金足够的情况，毕竟新搭建磨合的团队需要靠时间去成长。而项目早期时间是最耽搁不起的。

第一，用比较低的成本来试错，观察创业方向；第二，有了 demo 就可以大大加快融资的速度。所以从这两个角度来说，选择外包方式是有一定道理的。滴滴打车就是很好的例子，它的第一个版本就是一个外包团队的作品。虽然 bug 多多，但至少能够帮助创始人跑通 demo ，顺利融到了资金。』
