Please check this case and escalate it to a Senior Advisor or the App Store Billing / Payment Authorization team.

I need someone to review whether there is any restriction, hold, review, or payment authorization block on my Apple Account Balance / Media & Purchases account.

@longxinglink 我找了，贩子说让等 15 天打底，我问他 30 天还不行怎么办，他说也没办法，再说了这种礼品卡闲鱼客服能支持退款吗？退款理由写什么，未收到货吗？还是和卖家协商一致，可是卖家肯定是不会同意的。
