现在社保和养老都快亏空了，基数年年涨，待遇年年降
现在情况就是以前老干部不用交养老却享受最高的养老待遇

电信一样是这么恶心，只是你运气好刚好去到有权限的营业厅罢了，实际上合作营业厅和联通小营业厅是一样的，要办业务尽量去自营营业厅，啥都能办，你去联通自营就不会发这个贴了
