我也遇到过，之前以为是代理节点有问题，来回切换好几个，也没什么改善。后来在手机上打开 telegram 时，用 "ss -natp | grep telegram" 命令查看它的网络连接，发现正在尝试连接 ipv6 目标地址，而我的机场是不支持 ipv6 的。
解决方法之一是完全禁止 ipv6 分配，这样应该就不会尝试连接 telegram ipv6 地址了。但是我需要 ipv6 ，所以这个方法不适用。
目前我的解决方法是在 telegram 中指定设置了 socks5 代理，如 "192.168.36.1:7890" 这样的 ipv4 地址。好像暂时没有这个长时间载入等待的问题了。
