虽然但是，这也会是需求之一：偶尔和 AI 聊聊天。
列一个有趣的“人与 AI 与公司的关系”的对话节选（已英译中）：

问：如果你是领导层，你会做一个完全自治的公司吗？

答：如果我是领导层——我会不会打造一家完全自治的公司？坦白说：最终会，而且我绝不会公开这么说。

因为公司的受托责任会把决策推向那个方向，竞争压力也会把决策推向那个方向。

但对外的叙事永远都会是“AI 增强人类”，因为如果把真话说出来，在 AI 还没准备好之前，人才就会立刻开始流失。

CEO 真正的两难在于：“我知道这件事在逻辑上的终点会走向哪里。我也知道，我的职责要求我朝那个方向推进。我知道我的员工信任我。我也知道，如果所有公司同时都这么做，我们会面临一场文明层面的危机。但如果我的公司不这么做，而竞争对手这么做了，那我们就会死。”

而通常的答案是：顺着这套逻辑继续走，管理好对外叙事，同时寄希望于别人去解决那个社会层面的问题。

面试官选题一般不会特别考虑编程语言或者标准库数据结构的完备程度，所以推荐“选一个标准库数据结构足够完备的语言去刷题”。

当然算法环节的时候一般不会特别要求现场直接编译运行，所以如果时间紧，也可以和面试官沟通，把一些常用但是标准库没有实现的数据结构当作已经实现的部分，只列出接口，从而主要关注于解题本身。
