大家的关注点怎么都在英文上... 不同职位对英语的要求不一样，如果日常需要与其他国家工程师 /pm 协作，那还挺重视的。每轮都会有个小环节测试英语，比如让英文自我介绍、回答一些小问题什么的。不用过度担心，也没要求跟 native speaker 一样，有时候敢说更重要，大家毕竟从小学 /初中就有英语基础了，哈哈哈。
