部门主要参与跨平台方案的全链路设计与实现，探索跨端技术的落地
1 、参与跨平台方案 Native 渲染引擎、SDK （如资源分发、端能力等）的设计和开发工作。
2 、跨平台相关前沿技术的研究和探索，寻找与技术方案和业务场景的结合点并验证落地。
3 、负责基于 iOS 平台的 APP 产品的研发和优化。
4 、负责 APP 的软件重构、性能优化、重点难点攻关。

任职要求：
1 、本科及以上学历，5 年及以上移动原生 App 开发经验（ iOS ），熟悉 Flutter 。
2 、深刻理解 React Native/Flutter 或其他 Hybrid 至少一种方案，对相应方案的性能 /稳定性 /交互体验 /原生扩展 /脚手架工具，具备优化和建设能力；
3 、具有 SDK 、Native 层优化等开发经验，熟悉 iOS 系统底层机制、iOS 系统框架。
4 、具有 Framework 接口设计和开发经验
5 、具有 SDK 调试、网络调试、反调试经验
6 、熟悉 TCP/IP 通信机制、对 Socket 通信和 HTTP 通信有深刻理解。
7 、熟练使用 git 。
8 、计算机相关知识基础扎实，熟悉基本的算法，有良好的工程代码规范，具备一定业务 /架构设计能力；
9 、思维敏捷，较强的自学能力，对新兴技术敏感，乐于学习并使用新技术。
加分项
1 、熟悉 MacOS/Linux 等一种或多种桌面操作系统，熟悉 QT 、NWJS 、Electron 等 UI 框架。
2 、熟悉常见的小程序或小游戏框架及周边工程化方案，有相关开发经验和作品；
3 、熟悉常见的 JavaScript 引擎（如 V8, Hermes，JSC 等）工作原理和源代码；
4 、在一个或者多个方面（如工程、可视化、性能）有深入思考实践经验。
5 、有 AI 工程化落地实践。
6 、服务器端接口开发。
