楼主你可以先在 ssd 上装好系统；然后进原系统里，用 timemachine 备份，备份的时候把大文件排除，比如个人资料、电影音乐什么的；然后进新系统里迁移助手->从 timemachine 备份恢复。这样你在旧系统里使用的软件的配置信息等，就都过来了。 ccc 没用过~
