1. 只是偶尔一天早睡，第二天起不来太正常了。因为你的身体还没有休息好
2. 工作这个事情吧，如果公司对出勤时间有要求。自己又没法用脚投票的话还是准时上班比较好
3. 其他的方式都是辅助的，关键是要休息好和锻炼身体。自己慢慢调节到一个适合的度。
4. 如果需要有 8 小时额外的工作时间。还有个办法就是 回去早点睡。 把工作时间调整到早上来。这样会好一些。就算没工作。你也早起了是不。
5. 最后，不要觉得只有夜深人静才能安心工作。调整自己的工作状态。好好休息。
